Kila mtu anapokwenda kwenye usahili, huwa na lengo kubwa kichwani mwake, kupata kazi. Lakini sio wote wanaofanikiwa kupata kazi, licha ya kuwa anaweza kuwa na taaluma husika, lakini akakosa kutokana na namna alivyofanya katika usahili.

Pia, watu huwa na hofu sana wanapokwenda kwenye usahili jambo linaloweza kuwafanya hata wasahau cha kujibu. Na wale wenye majibu wanashindwa kujua namna ya kuyapangili ili kuwavutia waajiri. Hapa chini ni baadhi tu ya maswali ya mtego ambayo huulizwa wakati wa usahili, na namna ya kuyajibu.

  1. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
    (Hizi Info zipo kwenye CV yako sema anataka kukuskia kutoka kwako). Hapa ukisema tu jina lako na umesoma wapi ni tatizo
    Jibu: (A) Your Name (B) Your Place Information (sio Lazima saana), (C) Education Background (D) Job experience. Hapa ndio ushuke point zote na mafanikio yako na ulisaidiaje kazi na kufanikisha malengo kazi kwenye kampuni (E) Hobbies (zenye manufaa, Kumbuka Unataka kuwavutia wakuchukue wewe).

Muhimu: Unapojibu nenda moja kwa moja kwenye jibu, usiweke porojo nyingi maneno yakakuishia. Pia unapojibu usijisifu (mwambafy) sana.
Mfano: My Name is Bennet, I live in Dar es Salaam. I am a degree holder in Bla bla. I have one year experience in coding. I have helped on creating software in company X for 3 years which helped to solve Bla bla Bla (Hapa ndio pa kujipa sifa, lakini iwe makini zisizidi) and I love reading.

  1. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?
    Hapo anakuuliza au ni sawa sawa na kukuuliza WHATS YOUR LONG TERM GOAL (kwenye kampuni yao). Anataka kujua, Je! Wewe ni mkaaji uu unapita tu? Anataka kujua kama utajidhatiti vipi na kazi, una malengo gani haswa kwenye kampuni.

Muhimu: Pangilia vizuri majibu yako. ukijibu kwa ujumla utafeli, mfano: “Mmmmh, I see myself as a manager, maybe with six figure salary scale and a lot of responsibilities.” Ukimaliza tu kujibu, jua tu hapo huna chako ndugu yangu, au ukijibu “I don’t know, a manager maybe.” Epuka matumizi ya “I DON’T KNOW, MAYBE , AM NOT SURE.

Jibu: “I like to settle in with an employer and build my career here, also grow with my employment, and I look forward to opportunities within the company, grow professionally. I want to be viewed as a top performer, an expert who is a key contributor inside the organization.”

    Maana Yake, una kitu gani cha utofauti ambacho wengine hawana? As whats so special about you? Kwanini tukuchukue wewe tuwaache wengine? Utaleta utofauti gani kwenye kampuni yetu? Una ujuzi gani.

KOSA: “Mmmh because am unemployed right now, and am very desperate Bla bla bla. I need money to support my Family (Unaanza kulilia shida apo weeee), au “I swear am a hard worker than others, sitawaangusha, nipeni nafasi nitawaonesha.”

I believe in here I can achieve more than that. Kumbuka kuwa makini na taarifa/takwimu utakazokuwa ukitoa.

Lastly: “With me getting this position, I will help to solve A, B, C, D and E which are very vital in improving any IT/Marketing/HR/Account field. Thank you”.

Fanya utafiti kidogo kuhusu kampuni/shirika au taasisi unamokwenda kufanya usahili. Majibu haya unaweza kuyaweka unavyotaka wewe lakini kikubwa usitoke nje ya njia.

Kumbuka pia, usahili unaanza mara tu unapoingia kwenye eneo la kampuni/shirika/taasisi unayofanya usahili, hivyo angalia mienendo na matendo yako.
